When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched to you as soon as it is ready and usually within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Thank you for your patience!
Delivery times may differ according to your geographical location. Delivery times may be longer or shorter than 2-4 weeks.

How much does Shipping cost?

To which countries do Elegant Harmony/Voondr ship their products?
Currently, we only ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Israel. We will continue to expand the list of countries we ship our products.
What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a couple of working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Elegant Harmony/Voondr cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

My order status says Unfulfilled. What does that mean?
“Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Fulfilled.”
Why was my order canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us at info@voondr.com and we will get back to you regarding your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Naturally, for 12 hours after ordering.
What is package tracking in my orders?
Tracking numbers are numbers given to packages when they are shipped. Tracking numbers are useful for knowing the location of time-sensitive deliveries.
When is the order payment taken out of my bank account?
Payment is collected immediately after placing the order.
